An artifact is acquired by correspondence. A visitor who wishes to inquire about any of the Chamber IV artifacts writes to the archive. The archive writes back.

The archive asks that inquiries include the file reference of the artifact — YL-ART-JW01-DEFENCE, YL-ART-JW02-INDIA-SERVICE, or YL-ART-JW03-KISHAN-SINGH — and a name, a jurisdiction, and any context the visitor wishes to include. The archive responds in the same register it receives.

Inquiries are held under the Permanent Seal. The archive does not share correspondence.
