The Permanent Seal binds the use of YoddhaLabs.com, the YoddhaLabs store, and all correspondence and materials issued by the studio. Visitors who access the archive accept these terms by presence.
The studio. YoddhaLabs is a studio operated by Rajat K. Luthra, trading as YoddhaLabs. The studio is a sole proprietorship registered under the laws of India. Correspondence is directed to info@yoddhalabs.com.
Use of the archive. Visitors may read, reference, and share the written material and images filed in the archive for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction of the archive's written content, visual works, or audiovisual transmissions for commercial use, training of machine-learning systems, or republication without written consent of the studio is prohibited under applicable copyright and trademark law.
Artifacts. Archive Artifacts filed in the Armory are one-of-one objects. Acquisition is by inquiry and correspondence. The studio reserves the right to decline any inquiry without explanation. Prices, timelines, and provenance details are delivered in correspondence following an inquiry. No commitment is made by either party until both have confirmed the acquisition in writing.
Intellectual property. All prose, design, photography, film, and related materials on YoddhaLabs.com are the copyrighted works of Rajat K. Luthra and/or YoddhaLabs, except where explicitly credited otherwise. The trademark YODDHALABS and related brand marks are registered under trademark registration number 6304343.
Limitation of liability. The archive is provided as-is. The studio makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted access, technical accuracy of historical references, or freedom from typographical or archival error. Visitors acknowledge that the archive includes material framed diegetically — as recovered documents — and is understood as such.
Governing law. The Permanent Seal is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be addressed first through correspondence with the operator, and only thereafter through the courts of appropriate jurisdiction at New Delhi.
Amendment. The Seal may be amended from time to time. Amended versions replace earlier versions on publication. Visitors who continue to use the archive after an amendment accept the revised Seal.
